SDO Calbayog City conducted its first flag ceremony of 2023 earlier today January 3, 2023 at the lobby of the division office. The said activity which marks the first working day of the year, was held indoors due to heavy rains. Despite the change in location, the ceremony was a success and showed the dedication and patriotism of the division personnel.

Despite the adverse weather conditions, the first flag ceremony of 2023 was a heartwarming and uplifting event as SDS Moises D. Labian Jr. reminded all those in attendance the importance of starting the year right. He likewise reminded that no matter the challenges we face, we must always remain united and committed to our work, hence visibility in the workplace was emphasized.
